i baked lemon chesecake cupcakes today and they taste FUCKING awesome!!
but they didnt look very pretty cause they started to sink halfway throughout the baking process. you should have seen my face dropped as i saw them sink in front of my eyes.
so i took some out and put on a plate to let my dad try them.
'eh, your cupcakes this time dont look so nice ar! why sink in the middle? not pretty at all' said my dad and a few more random complains about how ugly my cupcakes look.
then, i went to the kitchen to take the rest of the cupcakes out of the oven and drizzle the lemon icing.
when i came back to the living room later, half of the cupcakes on the plate were gone.
my dad ate all 5 and gave me a sheepish smile.
did i mention i made lemon cheesecake cupcakes today and they taste fucking awesome?
