yes my minions, you heard me right. coming monday i will be back in my slave uniform of green with my brown headdress. definitely not looking forward to the regimentation but a glint of hope is seen in the prospects of losing some post holiday accumulated weight.
since i'm already blabbing on about National Safari, i might as well coincide it with an entry about the gathering i had with the guys i first met when i was i brought in as a slave to the dire island.
introducing..
Akil, JY, GK, Ali Joe, Andrew.
only 5 out of 13 were able to make it. the others either already had plans, were studying overseas, or were too damn lazy to bother meeting up.
we met up at plaza singapura for dinner but since i was so-damn-full-i-could-puke from the yum cha buffet i had earlier, all i had was like a cheesecake while the guy had their dinner. you see, no matter how full i am, there's always room for dessert. i know i'm fat, there's no need to further remind me of the obvious.
andrew joined the ranks of DSLR posers on the street when he took out his DSLR to take some photos. he even brought a tripod okayy. its not like i'm complaining, i'm just happy that there was a camera around.
we had like a mini theme for each photo we took and this was themed 'Musclemen'. only andrew qualified i guess.
moving on to the next theme. this is 'Animals'. if you cant really figure out, GK is an elephant, JY is a monkey (or it could be a bat or some winged creature), i was so in my element as a playboy bunny, akil was a kangaroo i guess and andrew claimed to be sun wukong (some chinese mythological character of a monkey god).
we then moved on to my favourite theme, 'Robots'. if you've paid attention to the photos i blog, i seem to have a recurring fascination with a posing as a robot.
no idea what theme this is suppose to be so i label it as 'Arrows'. quite a nice formation though dont you think and the sky looks lovely in this picture.
'Emo'. though akil looks like he's thinking of something and i look like i'm looking at andrew taking a dump.
i think this one is nice. 'Camouflage'. captures the essence of being in National Safari. akil looks like he's having an orgasm here.
akil then came up with this stupid suggestion of a theme called 'Evolution of Mankind'. personally i dont agree with the idea of man originating from ape. anyway, in this theme shoot, nobody wanted to be the lowest lifeform. so we oh-ah-pei-ah-som and CCB i lost.
this is what you get for suggesting such a stupid theme. the next time i throw you off from a higher building! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
nevertheless, the night was really fun with all the crazy themed camwhoring and the catching up.
